Ever wonder how someone gets started in this business?! We do too! We happily fell into this “job” (I mean if it’s this fun, can you call it a job?!) during the Spring of 2020. Yes, I guess you can call this a Covid-created-company! A worldwide pandemic reminded everyone of the importance of celebrating ALL of life’s magical moments: birthdays, graduations, weddings, babies…and tailgates, fundraising galas, and store openings! We have happily sprinkled our magic event dust on thousands of celebrations, making each one special, fun, and Insta-worthy! We love what we do and we can’t wait to work with you! xo

Meet the Team

Stephanie and Tracey are the creative minds behind Event Art Co. They are the ones who book, design, and install your event.


  • Co-Founder, Idea Generator, and Out-of-the-box Thinker

    Tracey has spent years making designs come to life! She loves planning all types of events, working with a variety of textures and mediums, and never tires of a good color palette. She has an MBA from Boston College with a focus in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and used to work for professional sports organizations. She currently lives with her husband, four kids, and a zoo of animals in Southlake, TX.


  • Co-Founder, Visionary, Floral Lover, and Duck Mom

    Stephanie has planned too many events to count! She loves bringing ideas to the next level and has amazing attention to detail. Her floral designs rival those of high end florists, and she loves creating balloon designs, staging backdrops, and adding neon! Stephanie is a proud Baylor University grad (sic ‘em!) and lives with her husband and three girls in Southlake, TX.
